Templates & software
What software do I need to use the manual and templates?
The e-book is a standard PDF that opens in any reader. For the templates, you’ll need a free Canva account. I include a “Getting Started” guide to walk you through it.
Sharing
Can I share the files with a friend?
Your purchase is for personal use only (one user). These materials are licensed for your personal business use. Please don’t share, resell, or redistribute the files.
Refunds & tech issues
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly, no refunds are issued once the file has been downloaded. The exception: if you experience a technical issue with your download, email info@violetwexley.com and I’ll resolve it promptly.
What if I have trouble opening the file?
Don’t worry — if you hit a technical snag, just reach out to info@violetwexley.com. I’ll make sure you get access to your files promptly.
Delivery & access
How do I receive my products?
Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files directly from the “Thank you” page.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or “Promotions” folder. If it’s still missing, email info@violetwexley.com with your order number and I’ll resend it.
Printing
Can I print my e-book?
Yes — you’re welcome to print a copy for your personal use. I recommend high-quality paper for the best results.
